Fit & Flex personal training was specially created to help women in Hong Kong who struggle to find the time or motivation to go to the gym or who want to get back into exercise after a long break.

With a flexible approach, Fit & Flex is here to help you incorporate exercise into your life on your terms. Fit & Flex workout programs are customised to your body, needs and health goals, and unlike other personal trainers, we come to you at a time and place that best fits your schedule.

We specialise in strength and flexibility training and follow the NASM approach to training. Our programs incorporate a variety of bodyweight movements, weights, TRX, resistance bands, machines and more. Through an individualised and comprehensive training program, in a playful atmosphere, we’re here to fully support you on your fitness journey.

My customised workouts are based on human movement science and principles that consider your goals, needs and abilities in a safe and systematic fashion to avoid injury.

With three levels of training—stabilisation, strength, and power – we’ll incorporate a range of focuses: flexibility; cardio; core; balance; plyometrics; speed; agility; quickness; and resistance.
This comprehensive approach allows you to achieve optimal levels of physiologic, physical, and performance adaptations and take a lifelong approach to staying fit.
