Fit & Flex designs customised exercise programmes to match your goals and fitness needs. We specialise in weight loss, strength and flexibility training. Our programmes incorporate a range of bodyweight movements, TRX, cardio and strength training as well as a healthy dose of motivation and inspiration. Classes are available in both French and English.
We begin with a 60-minute complimentary assessment session. We’ll get to know each other, explore your current fitness level, discover your health and wellness goals, and develop an effective, personalised approach to exercise that fits around you and your lifestyle.
Depending on your objectives and fitness level, we’ll decide together the most effective commitment for you to reach your goals.
Consistency is key, and most clients begin to see big changes in their health and fitness at around three-months. I recommend a minimum commitment of three months to ensure you can see results and achieve your fitness goals realistically.
