"I have been trying to lose weight and get fit for a long, long time now. I've tried everything under the sun, from diets, to gym, to fitness videos, etc. Most of it works in beginning, but I always fail to maintain it as I don't really feel the fun of doing it.
I have always have a busy schedule and I must admit, that I have often used that as an excuse to not work out. Then last year I decided, enough was enough and started training with Cécile.
She went through what my needs/goals were prior to starting the fitness program and fully understands the difficulties for someone like me who has specific health condition.
She comes to each session with a varied and well thought-out fitness programme exactly tailored to my needs and ambitions. She craftily coaxes more effort out of you each time and surreptitiously slips in exercises and manoeuvres you'd normally consider beyond your scope, ensuring that, in no time at all, you've made measurable gains towards your fitness goals. She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise, to make sure you're working out the right muscles and to prevent injury.
Cécile also has a very holistic and flexible approach. Even if you fall out of routine for things like, holidays or illness, she manages to keep your fitness and health on track whilst still challenging you enough to see results.
I have been working with Cécile for over 6 months now, on an average of twice a week of an hour of work out. I have lost, 4 inches on my waist, and 9.5 kg on my weight and have gained a significant strength overall. I have felt more energetic, healthier, my balance and flexibility have improved immensely.
