Reservation Policy

Classes can be reserved by phone, or by email.

The appointment is only effective upon receipt of payment and confirmation from Fit & Flex.

Cancellations Policy

Reservations may be cancelled by phone, or by email.

Reservations and classes booked are subject to a 24-hour cancellation window*.

If a reservation is cancelled early, the class will be credited to your Fit & Flex account to use towards future reservations.

* Please Note: All cancellations made after our 24-hour window and no-show will be considered a late cancel and will be charged the full price for the missed class.

Purchasing & Return Policy

Available Payment Solutions:

  • Payme App

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash

Single classes expire six months from the date of purchase.
Class packages expire six months from the date of purchase.
Special promotional packages may have shorter expiration dates.

All classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Sharing of class packages is not permitted. A special exception is made on a case-by-case basis for immediate family members.
