Fit & Flex by Cécile – Personal Trainer for Women

Hello! My name is Cécile

I created Fit & Flex specifically for women in Hong Kong who struggle to find the time or motivation to go to the gym, or those who want to get back into exercise after a long break.

Working out isn’t always easy, but I specialise in helping women (re) discover and (re) embrace fitness to become the very best version of themselves. No matter how (un) fit you feel now or how busy your lifestyle, I’ll help you achieve your health and fitness goals. I focus on creating workouts that are fun and motivating and put some much deserved “me time” back into your schedule.

My customised workouts are based on human movement science and principles that consider your goals, needs and abilities in a safe and systematic fashion to avoid injury. I know that a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness doesn’t work. Each of my programmes is customised and personalised to every client and their goals. Coming to you at a time and place that works with your schedule, swap crowded gyms for convenient workouts in a space you feel most comfortable.
